a850704afe Move pluginCommands into Channels (#18974)
* Move pluginCommands into Channels

We move pluginCommands, pluginCommandsLock
into Channels.

We also move the plugin related route handlers
under Channels and move the init code under
NewChannels. To achieve this, the router initialization
is bumped up.

Along with it, we clean up some App methods
which were just wrappers over Channel methods.
Instead, we call the Channel method directly
to make things more readable and easy to understand.

f0ecdcc5f5 Move Channels into App (#18623)
* Move Channels into App

In this PR, we make Channels as part of App
instead of Server. This is part of the transition period
of moving fields from Server to Channels.

For now, Channels contains Server. So the hierarchy is

App -> Channels -> Server.

And as a first step, we also move httpService to Channels.

bb659d03fd Fix plugin logging missing context fields
Fix an issue where context fields logged by server on behalf of plugins didn't contain correct name/value pairs:
- bump Logr version to add key/value methods to sugar logger
- expose factory args when configuring logging with custom target types (needed for FocalBoard to create log target adapter that converts typed fields into slices of interface{} as per plugin logging API)

4b95d47923 DB driver implementation via RPC (#17779)
This PR builds up on the pass-through DB driver to a fully functioning DB driver implementation via our RPC layer.

To keep things separate from the plugin RPC API, and have the ability to move fast with changes, a separate field Driver is added to MattermostPlugin. Typically the field which is required to be compatible are the API and Helpers. It would be well-documented that Driver is purely for internal use by Mattermost plugins.

A new Driver interface was created which would have a client and server implementation. Every object (connection, statement, etc.) is created and added to a map on the server side. On the client side, the wrapper structs hold the object id, and communicate via the RPC API using this id.

When the server gets the object id, it picks up the appropriate object from its map and performs the operation, and sends back the data.

Some things that need to be handled are errors. Typical error types like pq.Error and mysql.MySQLError are registered with encoding/gob. But for error variables like sql.ErrNoRows, a special integer is encoded with the ErrorString struct. And on the cilent side, the integer is checked, and the appropriate error variable is returned.

Some pending things:

- Context support. This is tricky. Since context.Context is an interface, it's not possible to marshal it. We have to find a way to get the timeout value from the context and pass it.
- RowsColumnScanType(rowsID string, index int) reflect.Type API. Again, reflect.Type is an interface.
- Master/Replica API support.

1b67322fb9 MM-27744 disable Zap for unit tests. (#15398)
MM-27744 disable Zap for unit tests.

Zap has no concept of shutdown or close. Zap is only shutdown when the app exits. Not a problem for console logging, but when creating a new Zap logger that outputs to files on every unit test, that leaves no easy way to clean up until process exit. Depending on what else is running this can exhaust all file handles and cause unit tests to fail.

Zap is now disabled unit tests and uses Logr instead, regardless of config settings. `make test-server` peak file handle usage dropped from ~5K to less than 100.

345b0c560a MM-20948: nocache for static plugin assets (#13322)
Serve static plugin assets with a `Cache-Control: no-cache, public` header. This avoids caching a 404 response for such an asset, preventing it from being loaded until expiry even if the file later becomes available.

This is currently preventing updates of plugins on community and would generally affect any customer with a cache in front of the Mattermost servers.

d39d9a5caf Dockerized build updated tests (#9943)
* testlib: introduce and leverage

This doesn't yet factor out the individual test helpers: many packages
still rely on `api4` directly to do this, but now wire up the test store
setup through this package. `app` and `store`, in particular, don't use
`testlib` because of circular dependencies at the moment.

* cmd: command_test.go: use api4 testlib

* cmd: plugin_test.go: remove dependence on test-config.json

* cmd: config_test.go use configured database settings

* ensure test-(te|ee) exit with status code

* test-server: run all tests, deprecating test-te/test-ee

* cmd/mattermost/commands: fix unit tests

Instead of relying on (and modifying) a config.json found in the current path, explicitly create a temporary one from defaults for each test. This was likely the source of various bugs over time, but specifically allows us to override the SqlSettings to point at the configured test database for all tests simultaneously.

* wrap run/check into a test helper

It was insufficient to set a config for each invocation of CheckCommand or RunCommand: some tests relied on the config having changed in a subsequent assertion. Instead, create a new test helper embedding api4.TestHelper. This has the nice advantage of cleaning up all the teardown.
