f2463358c4 Limit GOMAXPROCS while running race tests (#20881) 
In CI environment, race tests take a huge amount
of memory. Since we only run it on master, there's
no rush to finish it quickly. Hence we can limit
the parallelism and throttle memory usage.

8fd1762c3b MM-46503: Escape incorrect pg user search query (#20863) 
There were 2 main problems after https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-server/pull/20367.

1. The : wasn't escaped.
2. Empty search didn't work.

For 1, we escape the ':'. For 2, we just use
pattern search.

8ce11f0806 MM-46475: Disable sending content sha in bifrost mode (#20853) 
PR https://github.com/minio/minio-go/pull/1668 introduced
an option to disable sha256, which by default was disabled.
This meant all content was always hashed and this broke
in bifrost because the key signing fails in streaming
mode.

So for cloud installations, we disable sha256.

6305b79475 Print full error string instead of only detailed error (#20852) 
Due to the recent changes in error wrapping, the DetailedError
field does not contain the full info of all the wrapped errors.

Therefore, while printing the error, we display the stringified

ff4406e8b2 MM-46402: Use pointer to pointer to set pointer to nil (#20827) 
Summary
We need a pointer to a pointer to set the original pointer to nil
The original task was not being set to nil (the local variable containing the pointer was being set to nil). The cancel function was being called even though the task had already been cancelled. This repeated cancellation was causing a panic because we were trying to close a channel that had already been closed the first time the task was cancelled.
