Add ToJson() to PostActionIntegrationResponse (#9247)

* Add ToJson() to PostActionIntegrationResponse

This commits adds a ToJson() methode to PostActionIntegrationResponse.

It also adds tests for other ToJson() methods

* Add PostActionIntegrationResponseFromJson function

* Add PostActionIntegrationRequesteFromJson() function

* Fix test names

* Add testcase
