Critical wasn't added in the StdLevels slice
and due to that mlog.Critical wasn't printing anything.
This was a complete blindspot that was missed.
We have removed all references to mlog.Critical in the codebase
and pointed Critical to be Fatal in the library.
In v8, we will remove Critical altogether.

We didn't use to handle the error returned from the Enqueue
method. We fix that.
Additionally, we add a verbosity flag that can allow us to
look into verbose logs from the rudder client. This can
help us to debug issues regarding telemetry not being sent.

* Adds OmitConnection parameter to broadcast
Currently we have no means to omit sending a websocket event to a
specific connection id.
This is needed mainly so that the initiator won't receive an event for
the action it just initiated.
Will be used for the global drafts feature, so that we won't update
drafts through ws when a user is typing.
This commit adds OmitConnection to the Broadcast struct and to the
NewWebSocketEvent function signature.
shouldSendEvent should return false for that specific connection.

Summary
We need a pointer to a pointer to set the original pointer to nil
The original task was not being set to nil (the local variable containing the pointer was being set to nil). The cancel function was being called even though the task had already been cancelled. This repeated cancellation was causing a panic because we were trying to close a channel that had already been closed the first time the task was cancelled.

This PR adds the post reminder backend work.
We add a new API endpoint via which a user can set a reminder for a post. An ephemeral message will be sent down the line to let the user know about the action. And then after the time is over, the system admin bot will send a DM message to the user about the reminder post.
