* added goimports lint check to .golangci.yml

2dba5dbf86 MM-21368: Optimize MapStringsToQueryParams (#13601) 
- Use strings.Builder which minimizes allocations.
- Avoid fmt.Sprintf which is slower than simple string concat.

Results:
