Run component tests with a real store and use renderWithContext everywhere (#25217)

* Change renderWithFullContext to not mock Redux store

* Remove renderWithIntl and renderWithIntlAndStore

* Rename renderWithFullContext to renderWithContext

* Use renderWithContext for WS context
