* Added materialized view migration

* Renamed mat view

* Added channel membership mat view and indexes

* Created app and API layer for cahnnel reporting, reporting refactoring in general

* Remobved channel reporting meanwhile

* Fixed API vetting and removed channel reporting constants

* yaml

* removed app pagination tests
