MM-23747 fix Sprintf linter errors (#14196)

- replace all instances of `fmt.Sprintf("whatever")` with simply "whatever".

- replace all instances of `fmt.Println(fmt.Sprintf("whatever %d", i))` with `fmt.Printf("whatever %d\n", i)`
