* Add feature flag managment system using split.io and remove viper.

* Fixing tests.

* Attempt to fix postgres tests.

* Fix watch filepath for advanced logging.

* Review fixes.

* Some error wrapping.

* Remove unessisary store interface.

* Rename split mlog adatper to split logger.
